Can I wear my jewelry while swimming or in the shower?
In terms of water, regardless of the fact stainless steel will sustain in water, 18k plated jewelry is not recommended to be submerged in water because it may cause peeling. To maintain great condition, I wouldn’t recommend wearing it in situations with plenty of water (showering, swimming). However, if worn when washing hands, just make sure to wipe it completely dry immediately afterwards.:)
Does the jewelry contain nickel or lead?
All of our jewelry here is nickel-free and lead-free.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic and will it rust/turn green or black?
All of our jewelry are high quality, hypoallergenic, 18k vacuum-plated stainless steel. When well taken care of, they will not rust and not turn blue. They will also not turn your skin green or black.
How can I take care of my jewelry?
You can keep your jewelry in great condition by not wearing them in situations with plenty of water *or immediately drying them afterwards*, not being extremely aggressive with them to avoid scratches on the pendant, and not forcing the clasp.
